The employees can book a vehicle from the company’s fleet for business purposes. In case the employee needs a company car to go on a meeting, on a business trip or just to be taken to the airport, Viasat Car Sharing Software Module will allow him/her to book it easily and conveniently through the office computer or mobile phone.

Request a vehicle for transfer (the employee is only a passenger);
Grouping of the vehicles by depot, garage, or other geographic principle
Optimal choice of the vehicle according to the number of the passengers;
Automatic notification to the administrator for a new request for vehicle booking;

Confirmation of the request by the administrator and automatic notification to the user and passengers;
The administrator decides which vehicle to confirm for the requested booking. The system automatically notifies the requester, the passengers and the responsible manager of the depot;
Reports – detail reports for each request for the company vehicle, number of requests per depot, depot efficiency and others.
